YOU WILL BE EMAILED 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CLUB RELEASE PARTY WITH RELEASE EVENT DETAILS
Any Club Member who has not picked their wine within 4 weeks of the release date - your wine will be shipped to you and your credit card will be charged the shipping fee's.
Club Release details will be emailed out 3 weeks before the schedule event date.
By signing this form you are authorizing BoaVentura Winery to charge your credit card quarterly for the appropriate Club Fee plus taxes and shipping/handling, if applicable.
I understand I am responsible for all costs incurred as a result of my wine shipment being returned to the Winery and for re-shipment.
I understand I can cancel my Club Membership at anytime, after the second release has been received, with a written 30 day notice prior to the quarterly shipment of wine.
Shipping charges vary, typically the shipment of 12 bottles will cost approx. $40-$60 BoaVentura has the right to cancel club membership at any time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes
Sales tax vary, and are charged according to individual current state laws
